Will there be a place to leave my jacket?

Yes; our charity partner Joy's House will be offering a coat check.

Will there be souvenirs?

Yes. Visit the official Winterfest/Drink Indiana Beer merchandise booth in the middle hall, next to the Cask Tent, for commemorative hoodies, scarves, beanies, and more, all directly benefiting Brewers of Indiana Guild, the trade association that represents Indiana's brewing community.

Guest vendors will also have plenty of beer-related goodies, so bring your piggy bank.

Can I buy pints of beer?

No. Beer will only be dispensed into the tasting cup you receive at the door.

What will I drink beer out of?

You'll get a glass souvenir taster that you can drink as many 3 oz. samples as you like out of (responsibly, of course).

General

What does this beer festival support?

Your ticket price directly supports the Brewers of Indiana Guild, the non-profit trade association that represents all of Indiana's craft breweries. It also makes this entire day possible for you to enjoy, and a portion of proceeds goes to our charity partner, Joy's House.

  • Breweries are paid for the beer they provide, helping to offset their staffing, travel and production expenses.
  • Brewers of Indiana Guild is one of the only guilds in the country supported wholly from festival proceeds rather than paid dues.
  • Brewers of Indiana Guild lobbies for brewery-friendly laws in the legislature, promotes the craft beer industry to the public and business communities, and serves our member brewers by facilitating communication and continuing education programs.
  • Festivals are expensive to produce, and only a fraction of gross ticket sales are profit.
